Thank you for shopping with Luvabol. We strive to provide high-quality, made-to-order merchandise that meets your expectations. Because we print our products on demand, we do not offer returns or refunds once an order has been processed.

Order Cancellations

We understand that circumstances may change, so we allow customers to cancel their orders within 12 hours of placing them. To cancel an order, please contact us at luvabol.shop@gmail.com or through our contact page as soon as possible. Once the 12-hour window has passed, your order will be sent to production and cancellations will no longer be possible.

Why We Don’t Accept Returns or Refunds

All our merchandise is custom-printed upon order to minimize waste and provide unique, personalized products. Because of this made-to-order approach, we cannot restock or resell items, making returns and refunds infeasible. We appreciate your understanding of this policy.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please reach out to us within 5 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will assess the situation and, if applicable, provide a replacement at no additional cost.
